Yucca Rostrata
Found in northeastern Mexico and western Texas. This most spectacular of the desert yuccas, which forms nearly spherical heads, has numerous long bluish-green to bluish-grey leaves of 40 to 60 cm long. In general Yucca rostrata is a single-trunked species, only sometimes they form several heads and this makes branched rostrata's very rear. The panicle is about 60 cm long, which consists of fleshy white flowers. The plant can withstand temperatures down to -15 degrees Celsius, when rooted properly!
